We’ve structured the Rookie Tackle experience to keep the focus where it belongs—on development and fun:
Played on a reduced-size field

•  4 quarters of 10 minutes (running clock)
• 10-minute halftime
  
• 7 players on the field at a time
  
• No special teams (no punts or kickoffs)
• 6–8 game season, with potential Bowl Game
