2026 Registration Fees
Registration fees help cover the costs of operating our program, including referee fees, field rentals, team equipment, insurance, and administrative expenses.
Total Registration Cost: $450
This fee includes:
- Game jersey
- One pair of game pants (with integrated pads)
- One pair of socks
- Helmet decals
- Equipment bag
- Team shirt and shorts

Tackle Football Divisions (Rookie, 9U, 10U & 12U): $450
Additional Expenses
For tackle football, the following required equipment is not included in the registration fee and must be provided by the player:
- White helmet with a valid *2025 or 2026 certification sticker
- Shoulder pads
- Cleats
- Mouthguard with strap
- White practice jersey
- Practice football pants (typically white, black, or gray)
- Knee pads and a 5-pad girdle (if practice pants do not include integrated pads)
Optional items:
- Additional practice gear (such as performance undershirt and shorts)
Travel Expenses
At all levels, teams may be required to travel outside the league or state. Any travel-related expenses are the responsibility of the family and are not included in the registration fee.
Helmet Certification Requirement – 2026 Season
For the 2026 tackle football season, all players are required to have helmets with certification stickers dated 2025 or 2026.
If your child’s helmet (sticker located on the back) shows 2024 or older, it must be re-certified through reconditioning.
Reconditioning Details
- Cost: $80 (cash or check payable to DSYSA)
- Drop-off Date: Saturday, April 4th (9:00 AM – 11:00 AM ONLY)
- Helmets will not be accepted after this date

Important:
Please ensure your player’s name and phone number are clearly written on tape and securely attached to the helmet at the time of drop-off.
Refund Policy
- Prior to June 15: Full refund
- June 15 – August 1: 50% refund
After August 1, no refunds will be issued, except in cases of medical conditions that prevent participation. All medical refund requests must include a doctor’s note and are subject to board approval.
If we are unable to form a team for your child’s preferred division, your child may have the option to move up to the next division (based on age and weight eligibility) or receive a full refund.
